Liberty County uses the Enterprise Justice program by Tyler Technologies to manage its court cases. To access the public portal, go to https://portal-txliberty.tylertech.cloud/Portal/ and follow the prompts. For more information on your case, call the Liberty County Clerk at 936-336-4670 for Probate, Misdemeanors, Juvenile cases, and Civil cases filed in the County Courts at Law. Call the District Clerk's Office at 936-336-4600, option 4, for Family Law-related cases, Tax cases, Felonies, and Civil cases filed in the District Courts.

How do I get an Assumed Name or DBA Certificate?
Assumed Name, or Doing Business As (DBA) Certificates may be filed out online, but must be completed in the Liberty County Clerk's Office. How do I pay my ticket?
Most tickets issued by law enforcement for vehicular offenses are handled at the Justice of the Peace offices or the city offices. It will state on your ticket which office is handling your ticket. If you no longer have your ticket, contact the Justice of the Peace or the city office closest to the place where you received the ticket. The Liberty County Clerk does not accept payments for Class C Misdemeanors handled by the Justices of the Peace.

Agricultural Marks and Brands applications may be filed out online, but the application must be completed at one of the Liberty County Clerk's Offices.
